"I chose this profession because I deeply believe that no one should face their hardships alone. My role is
to walk beside you — with listening, respect and hope."
Hello, I'm Charbel. For over 18 years I've been supporting individuals, couples and families in Montreal
through difficult moments: anxiety, grief, conflict, loss of confidence, or simply the need to see things
more clearly. What drives me every day is seeing you leave lighter, calmer and better equipped than when
you arrived.
From our very first meeting, I'm committed to building a relationship of trust with you,
in a safe and non-judgmental space. I use methods recognized by science, adapted to your
situation, because no two journeys are alike. My approach is, above all, human: you are never a file — you
are a person.
Trained as a counsellor at the Université de Sherbrooke, I pay special attention to vulnerable people.
Together, we strengthen your personal and family resources to face difficulties and reduce the risk of
depression, anxiety or post-traumatic stress.
